Suspected Prostitution

Prostitution is a problem for the entire neighborhood. The Southern Police District has a "Dear John, " program aimed at targeting known "Johns" that come into Pigtown to solicit prostitutes. There is a form that can be filled out and mailed to the Southern Police Station. The form asks for vehicle information and activities observed.
