2. Sign up with Operation Identification. 3. Know your neighbors on all sides. 4. Use lamp timers, dusk-to-dawn lights and motion sensors when you are away from home. 5. Check doors, windows, locks and outdoor lighting regularly for tampering; pay special attention to rear, side and basement entrances. 6.
