Baltimore 311

The Baltimore 311 call center handles all non emergency calls. You can call 3-1-1 or (443) 263-2220 to request city services. You can also visit https://baltimore.customerservicerequest.org/web_intake_balt/Login/UI/PortalPage.aspx to place a request online.

Occasionally, Citizens of Pigtown will post "311 to get it done" notices on the site. The purpose of these posts are to get the community to call in requests to 311 for neighborhood-related problems such as pot holes, trash, etc. By having more participation, we can resolve the problems quicker. Be on the look out for the posts on the homepage of the site.
